Cynthia Fox, an independent consultant on international development and humanitarian issues, has 20 years of experience in building ties between business and community at the local, national, and international levels. For the last eight years, Ms. Fox has been an independent consultant providing services ranging from business plan development for newly forming corporations to in-country assessments and proposal writing for nonprofit organizations. In both types of roles, and others, Ms. Fox has sought to work with companies, governments, and nonprofits to establish meaningful links that enable them to be mutually supportive in achieving their individual and shared goals.

Ms. Fox holds a Masters degree in International Affairs from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University, and a Bachelor of Arts in history from Virginia Commonwealth University.
