Shardé obtained her bachelor of science in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a concentration in Neuro-psychology, from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. As an undergrad, Shardé worked at the nonprofit organization, the E. Diane Champé Institute and grew her passion for fighting for the rights of survivors of sexual abuse. In May 2019, she graduated from Howard University School of Law.
